Position: Teacher
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Salary: £28,000 - £39,590
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a teacher at ISP School, you will:
* Teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students
* Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of your class
* Utilize our positive behaviour policy to foster responsibility and accountability among students
* Motivate students to develop a love for learning and thrive in their educational journey
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have successful teaching experience, particularly with vulnerable children
* Possess SEN experience focusing on nurture for children with SEMH and ASC needs
* Demonstrate a good knowledge of the National Curriculum in multiple areas, preferably Science and Media, including Esports
* Exhibit excellent behaviour management skills and a reflective practice approach
* Understand therapeutic approaches to education and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
* Deliver dynamic and engaging lessons that inspire students
