Team Size: 7 Key Requirements: Thorough understanding of Engineering Drawings Proficiency in using Measuring Equipment such as micrometers, verniers, height gauge, shadow graph, etc. Experience in writing Work Instructions for new products and revisions to existing ones Knowledge and experience of working to ISO9001:2015 standards Other Skills Required Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Methodical approach with meticulous attention to detail Ability to interpret ISO standards for product tolerances and compliance Contribution to technical aspects of New Product Introduction meetings Document Control of Engineering Drawings and Work Instructions Experience in a CNC machining environment Proficient in MS Office and CAD software Completion of Corrective Actions, 8D, etc. Handling Customer and Supplier complaints Calibration, both Internal and External Desirable Skills (but not essential): Experience with CMM and Faro arm Previous work with Aluminium Extrusion Knowledge of Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing Familiarity with TS16949 and AS9100 standards
