Job Description
Civitas Charity Recruitment is seeking a Senior Research Fellow to join its impactful research team. The organisation works to ensure individuals facing disadvantages can access justice and hold power to account. Candidate Profile
We seek someone with a strong understanding of public and administrative law, awareness of barriers to justice faced by many, and a proven track record in impactful empirical research. Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences are essential. Experience in developing research-informed policy, collaborating with external partners, and contributing to funding bids is desirable. Commitment to equity, collaboration, and courage is vital. Lived experience or prior work with marginalized communities is an asset.
Remuneration & Benefits
This is a permanent, flexible role based in London, with a minimum of 28 hours per week. Salary is £45,669 per annum, including eligibility for a cost-of-living uplift. Benefits include a 10% employer pension contribution after one year, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and flexible working from day one.
