Support Worker - Egremont & Keswick (Full-Time, Driving Essential)

What's the Role All About?
As a Support Worker, you'll be the friendly face and helping hand for our service users right here in Egremont and Keswick. You'll be assisting them with their daily routines, providing companionship, and ensuring they feel supported and valued. Because this is a community-based role, a good understanding of the local routes and communities is key!
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: You'll need at least 6 months of experience gained in a professional UK care home environment.
* Driving Licence: A full UK Driving License is absolutely essential for this role.
* Compliance: An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service and relevant training certificates are a must.
* Right to Work: You must have the full right to work in the UK (sorry, no sponsorship or visa switching options available for this role).
* Availability: We need full-time commitment, with a minimum of 36.5 hours per week (that's 3 shifts).
