Archer Resourcing have a great new Family Support Worker position available in Staffordshire.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join the team in Staffordshire who will contribute to providing adequate support to individuals who need it most to ensure that they maintain a positive wellbeing. As a Family Support Worker, you will be offering care and guidance to families who may be experiencing difficulties or who are going through a challenging time.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Supporting families to access Family Hubs, community support groups, universal offer, and entitlements
* Delivering evidence and practice-based interventions, targeted group work, and digital interventions
* Undertaking Targeted Outreach Visits from the monthly list provided by Staffordshire County Council
* Working alongside volunteers to identify activities to support the families
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1+ years in a previous similar role
* Full U.K. driving licence, as well as access to own vehicle
* Excellent communication skills
* Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months - on the update service? You could be fast tracked through our recruitment process today
