The Opportunity
As a Sales Associate within Surgical equipment, you will be responsible for growing a defined territory across Devon and Cornwall, working closely with surgical professionals across the NHS and private hospital sector.
You will be part of a highly engaged, high-performing sales team, helping hospitals adopt innovative capital equipment and solutions that protect healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes.
This is a field-based role, ideal for graduates who are ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to build a long-term career in medical device sales.
What You Will Be Doing
1. Building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
2. Driving capital equipment sales and developing new opportunities within your territory
3. Managing your own sales pipeline and delivering against clear growth targets
4. Delivering product training and on-site demonstrations to clinical teams
5. Creating and presenting value-based business cases to stakeholders, including senior leadership
6. Planning and managing your territory with clear daily, weekly and monthly objectives
7. Representing the company at training events, meetings and industry exhibitions

What You Will Need
13. A degree, preferably in science, business, medical or a technical subject
14. A genuine interest in medical sales and healthcare
15. Commercial awareness and strong communication skills
16. The ability to manage your own diary and territory
17. A full UK driving licence
18. Previous sales experience is advantageous, but attitude and potential matter most
What Is On Offer
19. Base salary of £32,300 plus a bonus of £11,800 (Behaviour & KPI based not sales)
20. Clear promotion pathway with realistic six-figure earning potential within 6-12 months
21. Company car or car allowance of £575 per month
