To maintain and improve standards of efficiency, effectiveness and quality in the Corrugated Shop and Warehouse and Distribution.
To improve communication between all other operations functions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
To maintain, co-ordinate and improve working practices within the factory / warehouse, subject to performance measures regarding waste and efficiency.
Work to lean manufacturing systems and KPIs
To monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the factory, investigating any non-conformances and implementing corrective action.
Manage the Production Operative team and Drivers ensuring attendance and conduct are in line with company policy.
Manage the delivery schedule to ensure customer deliveries are managed to expectations
Manage driver and factory resource effectively
To assist in the training and monitoring of new staff and the continued education, training and development of the Production Operative team.
To liaise with other Managers to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Company.
