About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll be leading from the front, supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store. You'll be hands-on with the team, driving performance, delivering amazing customer experiences, and making sure everything runs smoothly. If you thrive in a busy, people-first environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager with operations and store performance
* Lead and inspire your team with energy and enthusiasm
* Drive customer service and standards through a hands-on approach
* Take ownership of visual merchandising, stock processes, and team training
* Smash KPIs through sales leadership and commercial awareness
* Keep the store compliant, safe, and operational at all times
What We're Looking For:
* Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor
* A natural leader who's hands-on, fast-moving, and commercially focused
* Passion for retail, customer service, and team development
* Great energy, problem-solving skills, and drive to succeed
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and peak periods
