Lead systems and integration engagements across delivery and advisory contexts, shaping architecture, guiding implementation and ensuring alignment to partner needs.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead systems and integration delivery across complex programmes
* Define system architecture, integration patterns and technical approaches
* Lead advisory and discovery work on system landscapes and integration challenges
* Ensure alignment between systems, integrations and programme delivery
* Oversee delivery, testing, cutover and implementation
* Engage senior stakeholders and represent PACT with vendors and partners
* Line manage and develop consultants within the capability
* Contribute to capability development, tools and methods
* Support account growth, proposals and pre-sales activity

Requirements
* Strong experience in systems implementation and integration delivery
* Experience leading complex system or integration programmes
* Strong understanding of architecture, APIs and integration patterns
* Experience in advisory and discovery engagements
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience leading and developing teams
Desirable
* Higher education or enterprise systems experience (SIS, ERP, CRM)
* Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks
* Consultancy or transformation experience
