Responsibilities
* Coordinate and perform all administration related to benefit schemes, including updating member data, renewals, and claims data.
* Prepare and distribute communication materials and handle associated queries.
Qualifications
* Background in employee benefits administration.
* Experience managing pension schemes, including group personal pension (GPP) or auto‑enrolment and defined‑benefit schemes.
* Knowledge of group private medical insurance, group risk, and flexible benefit schemes is an advantage.
