Location: South London/ Kent – near Woldingham
Salary: £55,000 + comprehensive benefits package
Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the catering and hospitality operation at a prestigious site in South London. This is a high-profile appointment within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, encompassing a busy staff restaurant, premium hospitality, events, and weekend service.
This opportunity will suit a commercially astute, operationally focused leader who enjoys being the face of the contract and setting standards through example rather than from behind a desk.
The Role
1. Full operational responsibility for a busy hospitality and catering operation, including weekends
2. Oversight of a busy staff restaurant alongside high-profile hospitality and events
3. Delivery of exceptional food and service standards across all areas
4. Leadership, development and performance management of a large on-site team
5. Close collaboration with senior stakeholders and clients
6. Weekend openings supported by enhanced overtime rates
The Candidate
7. Proven Business & Industry (B&I) catering experience is essential
8. Demonstrable experience delivering hospitality and events
9. A confident, hands-on leader with strong people management skills
10. Commercially aware with a focus on quality, consistency and service excellence
11. Ability to drive preferred due to site location

12. £55,000 base salary
