Quantity Surveyor
Our client is a growing Cambridgeshire based general contractor delivering safe, sustainable and high-quality projects. They place strong emphasis on excellent service for clients and stakeholders and specialise in commercial, residential, education and leisure refurbishments. Projects are delivered across traditional and design-and-build contracts, with values ranging from £250k to £10m+.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team and play a key role in the financial management of refurbishment and retrofit projects. Working closely with project and leadership teams, the successful candidate will support the delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring commercial control and value are maintained throughout.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the pre-construction process, including cost planning, tender analysis and contract negotiations
2. Manage project budgets, cost reporting and forecasting
3. Prepare and agree subcontractor packages and manage subcontractor accounts
