About The Role
As a Junior Kitchen Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our kitchen, reporting directly to the Senior Kitchen Manager. Your mission? To ensure our guests leave with smiles on their faces! Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Team Leadership: Support and lead a team of up to 40 talented individuals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
* Guest Focus: Keep our guests at the heart of every operational decision, ensuring their experience is nothing short of amazing.
* Continuous Improvement: Monitor guest experiences and develop action plans to enhance service quality.
* Financial Management: Deliver food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.
* Health & Safety: Uphold food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations in line with legislation and company policies.
* Training & Development: Inspire your team by implementing training schedules and performance development plans.

* Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen management role is preferred, but we welcome those looking to step up.

* Qualifications: Level 3 Food Safety qualification is a must, along with confidence in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Financial Acumen: Experience in managing margins, controlling costs, and ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards.
