Residential Children Support Worker - Stoke-on-Trent
Randstad is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Residential Children Support Worker in Stoke-on-Trent.
Join our team and make a positive impact on children's lives in a residential setting. You'll provide comprehensive care, support their well-being, and work with a team on individualized care plans.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months experience as a Residential Children Support Worker in the last 3 years.
* Own car and UK driving license.
* Current DBS.
* Police Clearance if you've lived outside the UK for >6 months in the last 5 years.
Desirable: NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent.
Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, empathy, patience, and understanding of safeguarding.
