Role Description
This is a remote role for a Travel Agent. The Travel Agent will be responsible for creating travel arrangements, making reservations, and managing car rental bookings. The role includes assisting customers with planning and booking their travel, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. The Travel Agent will also engage in sales tasks to promote travel packages and maximize client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience and skills in making Reservations and managing Travel Arrangements
Proficiency in Customer Service and addressing inquiries effectively
Familiarity with Car Rental services and booking processes
Strong Sales skills, including promoting travel packages and working with clients to meet their travel needs
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Knowledge of global travel trends and tourism industry practices
Previous experience in a travel agency or related role is an advantage
