Schedule & Band
Band 2, 37 hours per week (36 hours from 01 April 2026, pay unchanged), Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm.
Responsibilities
* Provide front‑desk reception and clerical support to patients, clinicians and other departments.
* Communicate effectively with a range of people including patients, clinicians and other departments.
* Use IT and NHS administration systems to support office operations.
* Comply with the Code of Conduct and achieve induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland.
Qualifications
* Good IT and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with NHS administration systems is advantageous.
