WPS are looking for a skilled Plasterer to join our team delivering responsive maintenance works within social housing properties in the Redditch area. This is a great opportunity to work on varied projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties.
* Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with health & safety regulations.
* Work efficiently to complete jobs within agreed timescales.
* Communicate professionally with residents and colleagues.
Requirements
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent qualification).
* Proven plastering experience in a social housing or similar environment.
* Full UK driving licence (company van provided).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good customer service skills and attention to detail.
