An exciting new junior role in a growing Projects team. Looking for a Hungry, Humble, Smart person with great organisational skills, attention to detail and a customer service excellence mindset. With the opportunity for promotion in to a full project management role in time, the successful candidate will be mostly office based, processing multiple small works orders from order received through to goods installed on site. Performance Objective Delivery assigned projects on time and within budget Improve on delivered GP versus estimated GP Ensure all Change & Variation is processed with attention to Commercial and Contractual detail Job Description Note - this is an internal role, created to deal with all projects that don't require an active project management presence on site. Role and Responsibilities Receive project handover from the Sales team, contact site within 24 hours and set in motion the Delivery process. Arrange with site for survey and liaise with client re installation program, interface with other trades, any outstanding fabric colour choices etc. Prepare required contract documents including Risk Assessment & Method Statements. Ensure all blinds/tracks/curtains are put in production/on order in accordance with program. Allocate fitting time on ConnectTeam system and liaise with PM assistant to ensure an install team is assigned to the job Arrange hire of access equipment if required Ensure all relevant documentation - survey sheets, plans, RAMS are on Fieldwire and assigned to relevant install team. Deal with any variations issued from the contractor for change. Promptly close out snags with detailed care for the Client and the project Put through completed project for invoicing, taking not of time sensitive valuation dates.
