Your Role:
As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's IT infrastructure, security, and associated applications. This hybrid role involves both remote and in-office work, with occasional site visits. You will interact across all levels and departments, providing third-level support, managing network and communication systems, and overseeing cloud and on-premise operations. Your responsibilities will also include project-based implementation, upgrades, and proactive maintenance of IT infrastructure. What You Need to Succeed:
* 5+ years of experience in a senior infrastructure role.
* Expertise in network and communication systems, including Cisco infrastructure (CCNA/CCNP preferred).
* Experience with cybersecurity systems, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and cloud platforms (Azure experience advantageous).
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to travel globally.
* Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft).
