Role Overview
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy, driving brand growth, and overseeing all marketing activities across multiple markets. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with execution, ensuring Oodles Wok maintains a competitive edge in the QSR industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Oodles Wok's business objectives and international expansion plans.
Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels, including digital, print, in-store, and franchise communications.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing, to drive online engagement and store footfall.
Work closely with the franchise team to support marketing initiatives for franchise partners, ensuring they have the right tools and strategies for local success.
Manage PR and partnerships, including influencers, events, and collaborations to enhance brand awareness.
Drive customer engagement and loyalty programmes, leveraging data and insights to enhance retention.
Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI on all campaigns.
Oversee content creation, storytelling, and brand messaging to maintain a strong and engaging brand presence.
Work with internal teams (operations, product development, and sales) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Manage a team of 4-6 marketing professionals, ensuring strong collaboration, development, and execution of marketing initiatives.
Oversee agencies dealing with overseas stores, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and local market needs.
Skills, Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing or Business)
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including paid media, social media, and email marketing.
Experience in brand and creative management and strategic marketing planning in the QSR sector.
Proven ability to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Experience working with franchise businesses is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and strong leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
