Get Out What You Put In
This role is based at Luxborough Court School, a brand-new, purpose-built school for 150 pupils aged 5‑19 with autism. The school features a large sports hall with changing facilities, a bespoke sixth‑form suite, many individual spaces for therapeutic intervention, an extensive outdoor space, a central courtyard garden, and separate secondary and junior playgrounds.
Our educators and support staff collaborate within a holistic, raise‑and‑stay model for SEND. We provide unrivalled levels of clinical support across our specialist schools and children’s homes addressing developmental trauma, neuro‑developmental conditions and special educational needs.
As part of a multi‑disciplinary clinical team you will be supporting educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments. Based on clinical assessment and formulation, you will offer individualised interventions and engagement to our young people.
Our Senior Occupational Therapists work collaboratively within our schools and children’s homes, ensuring therapeutic support permeates every aspect of our education, care and support. You will provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams.

* Member of a multi‑disciplinary team, receiving regular supervision and supported in CPD
* Largely sector experience with team supervision background
* Valid driver’s licence (some travel involved)
