TRAINEE SALES NEGOTIATOR
Location:Pudsey
Salary : Basic £20/22k to £24/26k OTE
We are looking for a confident and highly motivated person to join our established Sales team in Pudsey and make a positive impact at our busy branch in West Leeds. Working full time Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday, with day off in the week.
Previous experience is not essential as full training will be given to enhance your Career, as you develop in all the aspects of the Estate Agency Sales Model, including Sales Negotiation /Administration and Sales Progression.

You will be:
* Handling inquiries via telephone, email and face to face
* Accurately Completing admin checklists
* Carrying out on market sales management
* Understanding customer needs to generate leads
* Managing a buyer and seller database effectively
* Arranging and carrying out property viewings
* Gaining key feedback, generating offers and negotiating sales
* Achieving monthly sales and referral targets
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Have excellent IT and written/verbal communication
* Have use of own vehicle
You will already be a great communicator and can pay attention to detail and also be-able to engage and influence customers by building relationships and exceeding their expectations on their journey.
