Key Responsibilities of the Teacher of MFL: Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons in line with the national curriculum. Teach one or more languages such as French, Spanish, or German. Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively. Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement. Contribute positively to the wider department and school community. Requirements for the Teacher of MFL role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching MFL at secondary level. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Passion for language learning and cultural education.
