As the Purchasing Administrator you play an integral part of the Purchasing team, in supporting the business in providing various administration duties and ensure effective communication between internal and external stakeholders. Purchasing Administrator Job Benefits; Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, with 1 hour lunch break Free On-site Parking Purchasing Administrator Job Details; Creating purchase orders Ensure Acknowledgement & logging of orders Expediting of orders and update ERP accordingly System housekeeping various parameters are checked periodically and updated ( ie; Safety stock levels, Obsolescence, Expired stock. Processing non-stock item requests to order and booking in. Managing stationary stock levels Invoice query resolution Providing and publishing KPI data daily Adhering to company policies & procedures Purchasing Administrator Person Specification; Working in a Purchasing / Planning environment Highly Organized & Methodical in approach Accurate & Attention to detail in their work Ability to work as part of a team Able to work under pressure to deliver Exposure to problem solving Computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, ERP systems, working within SharePoint & Teams is preferable Excellent communicator at all levels This is an excellent opportunity to join a great Company.
