Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert consultancy sessions, guiding clients through effective configuration of Business Central/NAV and associated add-ons. Conduct system walkthroughs, identify opportunities for functionality enhancements, and troubleshoot client software concerns on-site across the UK. Manage project tasks including GAP analysis, product handovers, and milestone sign-offs, ensuring all configurations meet client expectations. Provide clear and impactful training to key users using standard Microsoft training materials. Collaborate closely with Project Managers and other consultants to ensure seamless project delivery, exceeding client expectations. What They’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Dynamics NAV/Business Central Key User or Implementation Consultant. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A background in finance (AAT Level 3 or equivalent) is highly desirable.
