Key responsibilities will include:
• Drafting corporate governance documentation, including board minutes and written resolutions
• Reviewing non-disclosure agreements and standard commercial contracts
• Assisting with supplier agreements, engagement letters, and KYC processes
• Maintaining company registers, statutory filings, and legal databases
• Providing broad legal and administrative support across ongoing matters and projects
The successful candidate will possess:
• A law degree
• Previous 6+ months of paralegal experience, ideally within financial services or a corporate environment
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and professional approach to managing workload and confidential information
