Are you an organised and proactive professional with lettings experience looking for a dynamic and varied role? We are seeking a Lettings Administrator to join our busy offices and play a key part within residential lettings. This role can either be full time or part time, depending on applicant. Key Responsibilities: Vetting prospective tenants through credit checks and reference collection Advising landlords on market rents and the lettings process Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors, and other stakeholders Managing email, phone, and in-person enquiries Handling administrative duties including tenancy paperwork, referencing, and compliance Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all systems are up to date Requirements: Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong IT skills, including MS Office, email, and internet use A full UK driving licence Ability to multi-task and work to targets What We Offer: A supportive team A varied role with growth opportunities A friendly and professional working environment On site and industry training
