The Role
Our logistics department supports the business by managing the flow of our products from suppliers to customers. We operate a global network of consolidation and distribution centres, requiring strong leadership and relationships with international 3PL and freight partners.
Logistics Manager - Continuous Improvement and Projects will manage key change initiatives within logistics, overseeing scoping, implementation, and handover of developments.
You Will
* Work with operational teams to create specifications, tenders, and business cases.
* Present proposals to senior management for approval and budgeting.
* Manage supplier selection processes.
* Coordinate project tasks, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
* Collaborate across functions to ensure effective implementation.
* Manage budgets with internal and external stakeholders.
* Update and maintain project documentation.
* Ensure projects meet timelines, quality, and budget targets.
* Facilitate smooth handovers to business-as-usual operations and document lessons learned.
* Stay informed on market and technological developments relevant to the supply chain.
You Are
* Excellent communicator with negotiation and influencing skills.
* Commercially savvy to make decisions at contract and global levels.
* Proficient in IT, especially Excel.
* Capable of working independently while maintaining global partnerships.
* Knowledgeable about the logistics sector and third-party contractors.
* Experienced in process development, preferably in retail, wholesale, or ecommerce, especially fashion.
* Able to translate activities into meaningful local decisions.
* Results-oriented, supporting sustainable business growth.
* Innovative, collaborative, and adaptable leadership style.
