Ensuring there is sufficient stock, efficiently sorted, priced and prepared for sale Managing stock collections and deliveries to maximise sales and shop performance Training, inspiring and leading a team of both paid staff and volunteers Ensuring a high standard of customer service, visual merchandising, cleanliness and presentation of stock Work closely with our central Retail Support Team to coordinate events, new stock, and promotions. Recruiting and supporting volunteers, maintaining a rota to ensure the shop is open as published To ensure the Gift Aid scheme operates legally and effectively regarding approach to donors; preparation and sale of stock; and recording and inputting data of donor and sales information. ABOUT YOU This role is physically demanding and involves lifting, moving stock, and being on your feet for extended periods.
