In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By Leading the implementation of a new unified learning system, including content migration, governance, and change management. Defining and embedding the Learning Standards and common language that shape how learning happens across the organization. Driving a shift towards a “creator economy” for learning, enabling business areas to create content that aligns with standards and best practice. Acting as the global subject matter expert and system owner for the learning ecosystem, ensuring alignment with Learning & Leadership (L&L) priorities and technical standards. Using learning analytics and insights to measure effectiveness, demonstrate impact, and guide continuous improvement. To Succeed You Must Hold A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Organisational Psychology, HR, or a related field. Additional certifications in Learning Technologies, AI in Learning, or Change Management desirable. Proven experience leading global learning culture or system implementation projects. Expertise in digital learning systems, content management, and data analytics. Strong facilitation and communication skills for engaging senior audiences. Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and balancing diverse priorities. Solid project management and governance skills.
