Your Day-to-Day

Be ready to make every day different. You’ll bring structure, fun, and emotional support to children who need it, whether in the kitchen, garden, music, or crafts. You’ll work within a close-knit team of 6 with support from Managers, multi-disciplinary teams, and outdoor experts—all dedicated to helping children find brighter futures.


What We're Looking For

* Experience with Children: in care, education, or another setting, bringing passion and energy.
* Enthusiasm & Resilience: eagerness to make a difference and handle challenges positively.
* Qualifications: willingness to work towards (or hold) a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People\'s Workforce.
