The Compliance function protects the business from risk across regulatory, legislative, and operational areas. Even during busy project periods, we must maintain high‑quality output, reliable processes, and strong relationships across the organisation.
In this role, you will support the effective management of our compliance frameworks and ISO management systems, working both independently and collaboratively to keep essential activities on track.

Create simple, scalable processes and frameworks that enable smooth ongoing management after your contract ends.
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who is structured, curious, and comfortable working across a variety of tasks and stakeholders.
You will thrive here if you can demonstrate:
Exceptional organisational skills - able to juggle multiple moving parts with accuracy and follow‑through.
Confidence engaging with new people - you’re not afraid to reach out, ask questions, and seek the information you need.
Strong administrative and system skills - you know how to build and maintain clear, value‑added processes.
Proactive, self‑directed working style - comfortable managing your own workload and taking initiative.
High‑quality output and attention to detail, even when working independently.
Why This Role Matters
Compliance plays a crucial role in maintaining our standards and supporting business‑wide engagement with compliance. Your contribution will help protect the business, support key operational requirements, and underpin some of the most important processes we manage.
Our Recruitment Process
We’re committed to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. Our process typically includes a mix of phone, video, and face-to-face conversations.
If you need reasonable adjustments - such as interview questions in advance, written formats, flexible timings, or an office visit beforehand - just let us know, and we’ll make it happen.
