You will collaborate closely with the General Manager to:

About You
As our Assistant General Manager, we are looking for someone who:
* Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
* Has led a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals across different departments.
* Possesses leadership experience within the leisure industry, ideally in high-volume health clubs.
* Has experience in financial planning and management.
* Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
