Pay Rate: £15.05 – 18.50 per hour through Driver Hire Portsmouth

Are you a reliable Class 2 Driver looking for consistent work? We’re recruiting on behalf of our Portsmouth-based client for immediate, temporary (initially) agency work supporting nationwide distributor of insulation and interior building products.
Requirements:
1. Valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence
2. Up-to-date CPC and HGV commerical driving experience is essential
3. Ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
4. Strong commitment to health and safety procedures
5. Positive attitude with a reliable and professional approach
6. Willingness to undertake FREE MOFFETT forklift training if not already qualified
Key Responsibilities:
7. Safely drive Class 2 HGV vehicles to deliver plasterboard and insulation products to customers
8. Operate a MOFFETT forklift to load and unload materials efficiently (training provided)
9. Complete multi-drop deliveries and return to branch for reloads as required
10. Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, securely, and on time
11. Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional service
12. Follow all transport, safety, and compliance procedures
