Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking property management company based in Cheltenham, has an exciting new opportunity for a Property Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth. Full UK driving licence is essential.
The successful Property Manager should have:
At least 2 years’ experience in property management or a senior property management role
A strong understanding of lettings legislation, compliance, and Right to Rent requirements
Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage priorities effectively
In this role, the Property Manager will be responsible for:
Managing maintenance enquiries, instructing contractors, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties
Overseeing property compliance, including Gas Safety Records, EICRs, and quarterly audits
Conducting regular property inspections and arranging any necessary remedial works
Managing tenant check-outs, deposit returns, and ensuring all processes are fair and compliant
Handling rent arrears, invoices, and maintaining accurate property records
