An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Worker to join the Learning Disability & Autism Team in Leicester. You will work with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism, managing a varied and rewarding caseload that includes complex safeguarding and court work. What you will do
* Conduct assessments and case management for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism
* Manage complex safeguarding and court-related work, applying legal and ethical frameworks effectively
* Work in line with Leicestershire County Council systems and processes, demonstrating adaptability and compliance
* Develop and implement person-centred care and support plans aligned to individual needs and aspirations
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and carers to deliver coordinated and holistic support
