Senior Consultant – Digital & Social Strategic Insights
Strategy & Insight Consultancy
Central London, Hybrid (2 days in office)
£35–40,000 + excellent benefits
This strategy & insight consultancy is renowned for tackling complex brand and business challenges across corporate and not-for-profit sectors. With a culture built around being an
employee-first
business, they are looking for people who love what they do, and who thrive at the intersection of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical rigour.
They are now seeking a
Senior Consultant with expertise in digital and social insights
someone who goes beyond the "what" to uncover the "why." Rather than simply reporting on sentiment or conversation, you'll explore how these insights answer wider brand, marketing and communications questions, connecting social listening to broader quant and qual evidence.
The role
* Work alongside colleagues in brand strategy, research, culture, creative and analytics to deliver strategic insight that drives decision-making.
* Use your strong grounding in social/digital data to interpret patterns and narratives, while always connecting findings back to the bigger commercial and cultural picture.
* Integrate social insight with wider datasets (quantitative and qualitative) to build holistic, multi-layered perspectives for clients.
* Lead client relationships and present with confidence, delivering insights in engaging, imaginative ways, from compelling decks to data visualisation, podcasts, infographics, or video.
* Bring a questioning, strategic mindset that challenges assumptions and reframes problems to unlock new opportunities.
About you
* Hands-on expertise in digital/social insights, ideally gained in research agency, creative or communications agency.
* Curiosity and critical thinking: you don't just accept what the data says, you ask why it matters and how it connects to the bigger brand or business challenge.
* Experience in weaving together different datasets to create richer, more strategic outputs.
* Strong storytelling and visualisation skills, with the ability to make data meaningful and actionable for a wide range of audiences.
* Collaborative, enthusiastic and commercially minded, with a passion for turning analysis into impact.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a consultancy at a time of ambitious growth, with brilliant career development prospects, a strong salary and benefits package, and the chance to shape high-profile projects across sport, consumer, retail, charity, hospitality, telecoms and government.
