Assistant Fast-Fit Manager – Derby / Nottingham
1. Basic: £38,500 DOE
2. OTE: £40,000+
3. Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm | Saturdays (1-in-2): 8:00am – 2:00pm
We’re recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy automotive Service Centre across the Derby / Nottingham area. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with strong workshop knowledge who enjoys a mix of front-of-house, team leadership, and occasional time on the tools.

What you’ll be doing:
8. Assisting the Branch Manager with the smooth running of the site
9. Supporting both front-of-house and workshop operations
10. Allocating jobs to Technicians and managing daily workflow
11. Interacting with customers, ensuring a high level of service
12. Helping to manage staff rotas and workshop productivity
13. Occasionally supporting the workshop with servicing and repairs
What we’re looking for:
14. Previous experience in a supervisory or management background within the automotive sector
15. Strong technical knowledge – Technician background highly desirable
16. Confident customer-facing skills with a professional approach
17. Ability to organise workloads and support a busy team
18. A proactive individual who can step in and lead when required
