We’re seeking a commercially sharp, clinically curious, and globally minded individual to own the product lifecycle and drive global impact.
What You’ll Do
* Own the full product lifecycle—from idea to launch to end-of-life—across global markets.
* Develop product strategy and roadmaps backed by deep customer insight and market intelligence.
* Collaborate with clinical experts, R&D, marketing, and regional commercial teams to bring best-in-class products to life.
* Lead global upstream marketing: customer segmentation, positioning, business case development, and more.
* Drive and support commercial launches worldwide, aligning messaging, education, and tools with customer needs.
* Monitor product performance and market trends to ensure the portfolio remains competitive and profitable.
What You Bring
* Extensive experience in medical device product management — ideally in electrosurgery or advanced energy systems.
* Deep understanding of surgical and/or endoscopic environments, procedures, and healthcare dynamics.
* Proven ability to work across functions—engineering, clinicians, and commercial teams.
* A mix of strategic vision and hands-on delivery; you know how to get things done.
* Strong technical grasp, customer focus, and commercial awareness.
Your Background
* Degree in life sciences, medical technology, engineering, or marketing.
* MS or MBA advantageous.
* Comfortable navigating complex global organizations and markets.
* Willing and able to travel internationally as needed.
