About the role
You will be working with pupils to support their learning in college in Lincoln. The ideal learning support assistant must be enthusiastic and passionate about making a real difference. This long term role starts in May 2024, and has the potential to go permanent.

This college is set in Lincolnshire country side, but is just a short journey from city of Lincoln. Hour will be 08:30am – 17:00pm
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant you will:
1. Experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour.
2. An ability to work as part of a team.
3. Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
4. Have good communication skills.

Salary
£85 to £100 per year
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
