This is an exciting opportunity to lead a new domiciliary care branch from the ground up. You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing the service, maintaining strong relationships with local authorities as a contract care provider and ensuring exceptional standards of care for clients across York.

Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing all operational and care delivery functions within the new branch.
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities and commissioning teams.
* Driving business growth through effective market mapping, networking and referrals.
* Ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and client safety.
* Providing compassionate, motivational leadership to build and develop your team.
* Managing client feedback, complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
* Participating in on-call duties as backup.
Registered Care Manager Requirements:
* Previous experience managing a domiciliary care service.
* Proven ability to set, monitor and achieve branch performance and growth targets.
* A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care and supporting team development.
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
