Membership Director – Tech
📍 London (Hybrid)
💰 Up to £90k basic - £130k OTE
This is not a volume sales role.
It’s a strategic leadership position for someone who operates comfortably at C-level, builds long-term commercial partnerships and knows how to extract real value from complex, enterprise relationships.
We’re looking for a Membership Director to take ownership of a multi-million-pound European portfolio within a global technology ecosystem working with organisations shaping the future of digital business.
The Opportunity
You’ll be trusted to:
* Own and evolve the European commercial strategy
* Build deep, high-value relationships with senior decision-makers
* Drive retention, expansion and long-term account growth
* Lead and develop a high-performing team (4 direct reports)
* Act as a credible advisor, not a salesperson
This is a role for someone who understands that real commercial impact comes from influence, not activity metrics.
The Profile
This will suit someone who:
* Has managed large, strategic accounts across Europe
* Is confident operating with C-suite stakeholders
* Has led teams and enjoys developing people as well as revenue
* Comes from a membership, enterprise sales, or solution-led environment
* Prefers quality of engagement over quantity of transactions
