We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant leisure-site restaurant in Wimborne. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, high-volume operation and shape a strong, motivated team.
This role is not suitable for Assistant Managers looking for a step up - proven Restaurant Manager experience is essential.

* Salary: £35,000 per annum
* Hours/Pattern: Includes alternate weekends off
* Location: Wimborne
* Environment: High-volume restaurant (approx. 200 covers daily, rising to 300 in warmer months)
* Operational Scope: Front of House and kitchen oversight

About the Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be a hands-on, operational leader with the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.
You'll oversee both Front of House and kitchen operations, ensuring service excellence, strong communication, and a positive, collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and inspire a diverse restaurant team
* Oversee high-volume service with consistent quality
* Ensure smooth coordination between FOH and kitchen teams
* Maintain exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and safety
* Manage rota planning, stock control, ordering, and daily operations
* Handle guest feedback and ensure service improvements where needed
* Develop and nurture team members, supporting their growth and performance
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (essential)
* Strong operational background with confidence managing both FOH and kitchen
* Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* A hands-on leader who leads by example
* Ability to build a strong, engaged, and motivated team
