The Opportunity:
Join our Hays onsite recruitment team as a Recruitment Coordinator—an integral role at the heart of our client partnership. What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
* Managing the end-to-end coordination of the recruitment lifecycle.
* Liaising with hiring managers to extend workers past their end dates and gather feedback throughout the process.
* Coordinating vacancy briefing calls and working with Hays consultants and/or agency partners to support fulfilment.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for internal hiring managers, third‑party suppliers, Recruitment Consultants and stakeholders.
* Ensuring data integrity across systems and producing accurate, regular management information and account reporting.
* Overseeing time-sheet approval processes for approx. 250 contractors
* Reviewing and supporting reporting on DBS recharges.
* Speaking with the business about reporting carried out on the account and ensuring information is clear, consistent, and timely.
* Contributing to the development of a smooth, efficient MSP service through continuous process improvements.
What you’ll need to succeed:
You will thrive in this role by bringing strong organisational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. To succeed, you’ll have:
* Strong communication ability with confidence to build relationships with senior stakeholders and challenge appropriately where needed.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
* An analytically minded approach and solid working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Teams.
* High attention to detail and a proactive mindset, particularly when solving problems or navigating queries.
* Versatility and resilience — someone who brings attitude, personality and the backbone to handle challenges constructively.
* Experience with VMS systems such as 3SS (desirable but not essential).
* Experience coordinating offices, teams or events (also desirable but not required).
What you’ll get in return:
* Culture built on rewarding success and the opportunity to influence your earning potential.
* Best technology in the industry and a renowned training programme to support success and drive rapid career progression.
* Flexible hybrid working patterns.
* Opportunity to take your career globally.
* Incentives and rewards to recognise performance locally, regionally, and nationally.
