Come and join us as our Head of Home Quality (Strategic Asset Management) and play a leading role in shaping the future of our homes and asset portfolio.
We're on an exciting Property and Asset journey and are driving forward our ambition to build a Home 360 view of every customer home, supported by a bold technology roadmap that will transform how we understand and manage our assets.
In this role, you will oversee the full end to end data journey from collection to management and through to the insight that guides our investment planning. Home data is at the centre of the sector's biggest challenges and opportunities, and this role is pivotal in our Home Quality strategy. You will lead a talented team, drive progress and influence service improvements across the entire Property directorate.
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Asset Management you will shape how we assess home condition, ensure compliance and drive strategic asset management. You'll manage how we gather and use asset data, run a high-quality stock condition surveying function and turn insight into targeted, long‑term investment priorities.
You'll work closely with senior leaders, influencing decisions at Executive and Board level, and help deliver investment and financial plans that will future‑proof our homes while enhancing customer experience.

Some things we're looking for:
Significant experience in strategic asset management functions
Extensive experience of stock condition surveys and modelling
Proven track in profiling investment across significant portfolios
A natural leader of people with excellent managerial and motivational skills
Previous experience of developing and implementing operational plans
Experience influencing senior leadership teams and contributing to Executive and Board‑level reporting is beneficial
While this role is home‑based, you should be able to travel to our Group offices and other locations as needed, Group offices are based in Worcester, Solihull and Louth.
