In this exciting support role, you'll play a key part in helping us understand what our customers think, feel, and need—supporting the delivery of insight that influences some of our most visible marketing and brand activity. You'll work closely with insight managers across a variety of projects, helping us track customer sentiment, test advertising before and after launch, and monitor broader brand and reputation trends. Whether it's assisting with surveys, preparing presentations, or helping us keep on top of how consumers are feeling, you'll be supporting work that makes a real impact. Key responsibilities In this role, you'll support the delivery of insight projects that help ensure the customer's voice is at the heart of our decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with pre- and post-campaign testing, helping evaluate how our communications perform with customers. Supporting the monitoring of customer sentiment through regular reporting and analysis of key themes and trends. Helping with the day-to-day running of customer insights and consumer research projects, working closely with agencies and internal teams. Contributing to the development of presentations, summaries, and reporting dashboards that bring insights to life for marketing teams. Collaborating across insight, marketing, and brand teams to help ensure insight is delivered in a clear, accurate, and timely way. Helping manage logistics for customer research, including surveys, panels, and interviews. What we're looking for You're interested in how customers think and behave, and excited to build your experience in insight or marketing. You're organised, detail-focused, and happy working with data and information to help spot trends and patterns. You enjoy working in a team and are a strong communicator—both in writing and in person. You're curious, proactive, and eager to learn new things. Some experience working with data, research, or in a marketing/insight support role is beneficial—but we'll support you to build your skills.
