Looking for a Sous Chef experienced in all aspects of a busy kitchen.
Need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of COSH, HACCP and Stock Control & Rotation would be beneficial, but training would be available for the right candidate.
Creativity in creating daily specials.
Competitive pay based on experience, 40 plus hours per week based on a 5 day rota.
Shift patterns to include Breakfast/Lunch & Dinner (Kitchen is open from 7.00am - 9.00pm).
