We're recruiting an Engineering Manager for a well-established manufacturer of oat products for the Food & Beverage and Agricultural industries. The position is managing a team of maintenance engineers working on food packaging and processing machinery and it would be beneficial if applicants have an electrical-bias.
Package:
- £55,000 to £65,000 Starting Salary
Location:
- Nantwich
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules for food packaging and processing equipment / machinery
- Plan shift coverage, on-call rotations, and workload allocation
- Oversee the installation, commissioning and maintenance of food packaging and processing equipment / machinery
- Monitor equipment performance (OEE, MTBF, MTTR) and coordinate planned maintenance to align with production and manufacturing schedules.
Experience:
- Experience in Engineering Management or Leading a Team of Maintenance Engineers.
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment (Preferred)
- Qualification in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
