Job Description
* Manage the Operations Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked.
* Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and transportation.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Line management responsibilities for two members of staff.
* Maintain an organised filing system for easy access to important documents.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA to Operations Director should have:
* Proven experience in a similar Personal Assistant or administrative role.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
* Experience in a school/education setting.
