The position would suit an ambitious brand marketer with 5+ years experience who is driven, motivated, and target-driven. It's a great opportunity to learn and advance your skills in a leadership role across all growth channels in a fast-growing business. The role would be based at TRIBE HQ in Oval and join a fast-growing team of 12.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role will be challenging and varied and include:Brand Planning and Execution, including Seasonal Marketing Activations and NPD LaunchesManaging Brand Assets (inc. Canva, Google Drive, Brand Bible, Brand Guidelines)Content Creation across multiple platformsManaging Social Channels (inc. TikTok social agency) and PR Partnerships and Influencer Activity Working closely with the Trade Marketing Manager, the Head of Growth (who leads on digital growth) and the TRIBE Freedom Foundation Head of Community.Must Haves5+ years experience in a brand / marketing role - we’ll take passion and an eagerness to learn over experience every day of the week.A proactive attitude in coming up with solutions rather than simply presenting problems.Loaded with the drive and ambition to join us in grafting hard to build a great business.A good, fun, team player, who is looking for a challenge!Proven experience leading cross-channel campaigns from idea through to executionExceptional copywriting and storytelling abilityDemonstrated strong project managing skills: ability to balance priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.We are an equal opportunities employer and believe in the power of a diverse, inclusive team.
